The Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT), Manipal, a constituent institute of Manipal University, is rated among the top five private engineering colleges in India. Established in 1957, MIT is one of the first self-financing engineering colleges in the country. In 2000, the college became a constituent institute of the deemed university - Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), which is today known as Manipal University. The institute which celebrated its Golden Jubilee in the year 2007 attracts a diverse student community from all over India. In 1974, it renamed as Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT) from Manipal Engineering College (MEC). MU OET 2018 test will be held online probably in the month of April, 2018. The university will invite application form for MU OET 2018 probably in the month of November, 2017. Candidates can apply via online mode only for MU OET. Online Application form can be downloaded from the website of Manipal University. There are 5 steps involved in filling the application form. The instructions are specified by the Manipal University. The eligible candidate has to fill in their personal information, contact details, qualification details, programs and fee payment, and confirmation.

The instructions to fill the application form for MU OET 2018 are mentioned below:

STEP 1: Personal Information

Candidates have to provide their personal info such as

Name of the candidate
gender of the candidate
Email Address.
Category
Date of Birth
Stream
Country
City etc.

After successfully filling the registration form of MU OET 2018, the candidate will receive an application number and a password which will be generated and later on mailed to the candidate's email address. Using the same, the candidates must login onto the official website.

STEP 2: Contact Details

After logging in, the candidates will have to enter their contact details such as:

complete address
city
state
pin code
mobile number of the eligible candidate
email id etc.

STEP 3: Qualification Details

Candidates will enter their educational qualifications such as:

Qualifying Exam Name
Year of Passing
Name of Institute, board/ university name etc.

The eligible candidates are required to upload the scanned copies of their signature and photograph in the specified format. Finally, they must click on I AGREE to finish this step and move on to the next one.

STEP 4: Programs and Fee Payment

The eligible candidates have to enter the course they wish to pursue, and other personal information if asked. The candidates have to choose 2 test centers among the various options given for test center for the MU OET 2018 exam.

Candidates can pay the application fees via Credit/ Debit card, Net Banking or DD. The fee details are mentioned above.

STEP 5: Confirmation

The eligible applicants can check the status of the online application forms by logging in to the website using the application number and password given to them. This shall complete the application process for MU OET 2018.
