Aligarh Muslim University ( AMU ) is a public university, funded by the central government of India is among the oldest central universities in India. It was established by Syed Ahmad Khan as Mohammedan Anglo-Oriental College. The Mohammedan Anglo-Oriental College became Aligarh Muslim University in 1920.The main campus of AMU is located in the city of Aligarh. Spread over 467.6 hectares in the city of Aligarh, AMU offers more than 300 courses in the traditional and modern branches of education. The University has consistently ranked among the best educational institutions in India. According to Times Higher Education, Asia Ranking 2014, AMU ranks 3rd among Universities in India.

Aligarh Muslim University ( AMU ) has conducted Entrance Examination for the admission of MCA Courses during the academic year 2015-16.

For MCA course:

Application form fill up process for MCA filed online only.

Application form Submission of AMU MCA Course:

After completing AMU online application form take the printout of the PDF Generated application form on A 4 Size paper of not less than 80 GSM.

Put your thumb impression, signature and paste your recent photographs at the designated place on the AMU application form.

Attach the appropriate Demand Draft / Cash Receipt along with other relevant document ( s ) with AMU application form and do not fold mutilate it in any way.

Put AMU application form inside the A 4 Size envelope and paste the Postal Slip on the top after filling it properly

AMU application form can be submitted by hand ( or ) sent by Registered Post / Speed Post through Courier so as to reach up to 5:00 PM on or before 21.03.2015 to the following address

AMU, Aligarh 202 002.

Application Fee

AMU admission test fee is Rs.300 /- Processing Charges ( non – refundable ) as mentioned against each course is to be remitted through a Demand Draft drawn in favor of “Finance Officer, AMU, Aligarh” payable at Aligarh cash receipt from Finance Office, AMU, Aligarh.

Candidates must attach the original Demand Draft / Cash Receipt with his / her AMU application form and also write his / her name, date of birth, course of study and Transaction ID ( if available ) on the reverse of the Demand Draft / Cash Receipt.

Note:

Candidates are advised to retain a photocopy of their filled in form for future reference. Acknowledgement Slip will be given for AMU application forms submitted by hand only.

However, candidates who submit their AMU application form by post may check the status of their AMU application form on the website: www.amu.ac.in

Incomplete AMU application forms, those received late, without requisite fee and not supported with the required certificates / documents may be summarily rejected and no further correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
