JUET MCA Entrance Examination Application Procedure – 2014

Candidates will be required to first purchase JUET-2014 brochure from designated J&K Bank counters* and then apply online through Jammu University’s website www.jammuuniversity.in. Once the application form is submitted online, the candidates are required to pay the requisite fee through

Offline Mode:

 The system will generate a challan form pre-printed with the candidate’s details which will be required to be presented at any of the J&K Bank branches with the requisite fee. On payment of the requisite fee through computer generated challan form, the process for the online application will be completed.

*Note:

The application will be rejected if the payment is not deposited through auto generated challan within the specified time period and there will be no issuance of Admit card in this case.          

Instructions for Applying Online                                          

i. Refer JUET-2014 Brochure and read it carefully before filling the online application form. The candidates must read all the instructions and fill all the mandatory fields while filling the online application form.

ii. The Application Brochure No. printed on the JUET-2014 Brochure must be filled in correctly by the candidate in the online application form.

iii. Candidates should scan their photograph and signature as detailed under guidelines for scanning the photograph and signature.

iv. Candidates must fill the correct information like Name, Email-ID, Mobile No., Address, and all other fields for communication by the University ( if required ).

v. Before filling the Graduating University/Board, refer http://www.copse.mb.ca / for board and http://www.aiuweb.org/index.asp for university to check if the board/university is authorized.

vi. Once all the fields in the application form are filled in and submitted

(a), the candidate should print the system generated fee payment challan

(b) on A-4 size white paper sheet. The application will not be considered complete if the payment is not deposited well in time through challan.

vii. The list of the candidates who have paid the fee will be updated on ‘JUET-2014’ link after the last date of filling Online Application Form.

viii. The printout of the application form and fee receipt should be retained with the candidate.

ix. The online submission of the application shall be closed at 5:00PM on the last date.
