About College

The College of Horticulture and Forestry was established in Jhalawar in the year 2004, keeping in view the growing demand in the field of horticulture and forestry in the state. This is the first college of its kind in the state. Jhalawar is situated between 23045’20’’ and 24052’17’’ N latitudes and 75027’35’’ and 76056’48’E longitudes and falls under the agroclimatic zone VI. The district is 87 km away from Kota en-route to Bhopal or Indore, which is well connected by road and rail network from every corner of the country.
