For MBBS / BDS course:

Hall Tickets carrying photograph of the candidate shall be issued to the candidates, who are eligible to appear for the Entrance Test, for this purpose the candidate must submit two copy of recent passport size photograph ( not more than three months old ) along with the application form.

They should write their name on the backside of the photograph. The Hall Ticket will be dispatched to the Candidate by Courier / Speed Post.

Those who fail to receive the Hall Tickets by Dt. 22/05/2015 can contact the Admission Office on Phone No. 02668-245267.

The Hall Ticket must be presented in the Examination Hall for verification of candidate's identity when instructed by the invigilator to do so and also at the time of counselling.

The Hall Ticket is not transferable.
