University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test

On behalf of University Grants Commission (UGC), Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducts the National Eligibility Test (NET). Candidates who qualify this test will be able to apply for the junior research fellowship and for the posts of assistant professor also. This examination is held twice in a year i.e. in January & July month to test the eligibility of Indian students for Junior Research Fellowship and for the AP (Assistant Professor) or for both. This article will provide you the complete information related to CBSE UGC NET 2018 eligibility, application form, admit card, exam dates etc.

UGC NET 2021 Exam Pattern

Exam Pattern

  1. Exam will comprises of three papers i.e. Paper-I, Paper-II and Paper-III.
  2. Entrance test will be held offline on OMR sheet.
  3. There will be multiple choice questions in the test.
  4. There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers.
