MP PPT 2019 Application Form:

MP PPT 2019 Application Form will be available from March 12, 2019. Interested candidates can fill the application form online from the official website. Candidates are advised to fill application form as soon as possible to avoid last minute rush.

Last date to fill MP PPT Application Form is April 04, 2019. After the last date, no application form will be submitted. Application process includes registration, fill of application form, uploading of scanned images and fee payment. Given below are the steps to fill MP PPT 2019 Application Form:

Step 1: Registration

1.     Candidates can fill the online application form from the official website of Vyapam for MP PPT

2.     Click on ‘MP PPT 2019’

3.     Fill the registration form to get registration Number.

4.     Candidates have to fill the information like:

• Candidates Name
• Date of birth
• Email ID, etc.

5.     After filling all the credentials click on ‘submit’

6.     After the successful submission of registration form candidate will get a registration number.

Step 2: Filling Details in Application Form

Candidates have to fill the following details:

• Personal details
• Basic details
• Educational details
• Communicational details, etc.

Step 3: Uploading Scanned Images

Candidates have to upload scanned images of the following documents in the application form:

• Photograph
• Signature
• Handwriting proof

Step 4: Fee Payment

1.     Candidates can make payment through the official website

2.     Login to the candidate’s portal with the help of login ID and Password

3.     To make a payment click on the link ‘Pay Fee’

4.     Candidates can make payment via:

• Debit Card
• Credit Card
• Net Banking
• Kiosk Portal
