Combined Defense Service Exam ( CDSE )

The "Combined Defence Services" Examination (CDS) is conducted twice a year by the Union Public Service Commission for recruitment into the Indian Military Academy, officers Training Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Indian Air Force Academy. The Notification for the examination is usually released in the months of October and June, and the examinations are conducted in February and November respectively. Only unmarried graduates are eligible to sit for the exam. Successful candidates are admitted into the respective Academies after an interview conducted by the Services Selection Board (SSB).

The list of exam centers has been released by UPSC with the release of its official notification. There are 41 different locations where CDS is conducted every year. CDS I 2019 is scheduled for February 03, 2019 at allocated exam centers listed below.

Candidates have to enter one choice of the exam center in the CDS Application Form. CDS Exam Center is allocated on the first-cum-first-serve basis. There are a fixed number of candidates for each center. After the fixed number has been filled, the center is frozen. This fixed number criterion is invalid for Delhi, Dispur, Kolkata, Chennai, and Nagpur. The allocated exam center and its details are mentioned on the CDS Admit Card.
