40 students = 40 \(\times\) 15
= 600 ml
= 0.6 ml
Therefore 6 kg of rice and 0:6 I of oil needed.

= 1.5 \(\times\)1000 = 1500m
Mahizhan walks = 1400m
Difference = 1500 - 1400 = 100m
