The workers in the unorganised sector need protection on the following issues
(i) Wages They are low and not regular. There is no provision for overtime, paid leave, etc. Minimum wages rules should be implemented strictly.
(ii) Safety Construction workers can get injured while working and they need to work under safe conditions. There should be a check on the working conditions along with the provision of insurance.
(iii) Health Long working hours and unhygienic working environment affect the health of the workers adversely. Health insurance along with a fixed number of working hours should be made mandatory.

The objective of implementing the NREGA 2005 are:
(a) To increase the income and employment of people.
(b) Every state/region can develop tourism, regional craft, IT etc.  for additional employment.
(c) The central government made a law implementing the right to work in 200 districts.
(d) NREGA aims to provide employment of  100 days.  If it false to do so, it will give unemployment allowances to the people.

Disguised unemployment occurs when more people are employed for the same work than actually required. When some of them are removed, the output will not reduce.
For example, the family of a small farmer in a rural area works throughout the year on his field, even though all of them are not required all the time. All members of a family in an urban area work in a shop owned by them, even though all may not be required for the whole day.
In these cases, if 2-3 members do not work in the farm or shop, then production will not decrease.

Nationalist tension emerged in the Balkans because the Balkan states were aspiring for nationalism. The Balkans was a region comprising modern day Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Greece, Macedonia, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Slovenia, Serbia and Montenegro and their inhabitants were called Slavs. In 19th century, the major portion of the Balkans was under the Ottoman Empire.
The ideas of romantic nationalism developed in the Balkans. The rebellions nationalities in the Balkans thought that their struggle was the attempt to win back their long-lost independence.

Romanticism referred to a cultural movement which sought to develop a particular form of national sentiment in the following ways
1. Romantic artist and poets generally criticised the glorification of reason and science.
2. They focussed on emotions, intuition and mystical feelings
3. Their effort was to create a sense of a shared collective heritage, a common cultural past as the basis of a nation.
4. Some German romantics like Johann Gottfried Herder thought that through folk songs, folk poetry and folk dance, the true spirit of the nation could, be popularised. He claimed that true German culture was to be discovered among the common people.
