Let p(x) = x3 - 4x2 - 7x + 10. Then, Clearly p( -2) = p(1) = p(5) = 0 So, the zeroes are -2, 1 and 5.
(ii) (d): Here \(\alpha=\frac{-1}{2}, \beta=-2 \text { and } \gamma=5\)
\(\therefore\) Sum of product of zeroes taken two at a time
