(a) Column chart
(i) Enter the data given in the table in a new spreadsheet.
(ii) Select the data range from A1 to B7.
(iii) Go to Insert menu and select Column Chart (3D)
(iv) Right click column chart and select ‘Add Data Labels’
(v) Choose layout tab under Chart tools.
