I would agree with Rizwan who said, that this kind of a personal rule without institutions is dangerous.

Judicial Review is defined as the power of the Supreme Court to review the laws passed by the legislature  and the orders issued by  the Executive to be as per the constitution .If the  Court finds that a law or an order of the executive is against the provisions  of the Constitutions, it declares such law or order null and void.
