= \(\cfrac { { sin20 }^{ 0 } }{ { sin20 }^{ 0 } } +\cfrac { sin31^{ 0 } }{ sin{ 31 }^{ 0 } } +\cfrac { cos\theta }{ cos\theta } -8\times \cfrac { 1 }{ 4 } =1+1+1-2=1\)

Mean difference 1 = 2′
0.9858 = sin 80020'

From the natural cosine table
