This is true that human resource is indispensable factor of production. Any production process requires both physical and human resource.In the absence of a well prepared skilled and unskilled human resource, reproduction activities cannot be carried out.Hence, human resource becomes indispensable part of the production process.

Yes, this is correct that increase in unemployment is an indicator of a depressed economy.The reasons are as beloe:
1. It blocks the growth rate of the economy.
2. It creates more poor section of the society in the economy which becomes a burden.
3. Due to unemployment, consumption demand falls which leads to lack investment and further falls in growth.
4. It leads to social issues where the unemployed yoputh become more of a liability than an asset for the economy.
5. It creates a vicious circle of depressed environment where economic growth becomes difficult to achieve.

The employment scenario in three of India is as below:
(a) Primary Sector: Agriculture, is the most labour absorbing sector of the economy. In recent years, there has been a decline in the dependence of population on agriculture partly of disguised unemployment.Some of the surplus labour in agriculture has moved to either the secondary or the tertiary sector.
(b) Secondary sector: In the secondary sector, small scale manufacturing is the most labour-absorbing.It has absorbed major part of increamental workforce, especially in towns.But the increment in workforce is very large as compared to what has been absorbed.
(c) Tertiary Sector: In case of the tertiary sector, various new services are now appearing like biotechnology, information technology and so on.This sector is expanding at a very fast pace in the last 20 years in India.

1. In case of disguised unemployment people appear to be employed.They have agricultural plot where they find work.This usually happens among family members engaged in agricultural activity.
2. The work requires the service of five peple but engages eight people.Three people are extra.These three people also work in the same plot as the others.The contribution made by the three extra people does not add to the contribution made by the five people.If three people are removed, the productivity of the field will not decline.The field requires the service of five people and the three extra people are disguised unemployed.

The difference between market and non market activities are as belows:
Purpose: Market activities are done to earn income with while non-market activities are done out of love, affection not resulting in income.
Production: Market activities are production of goods and services while non-market activities are production for self consumption.

2. Disguised unemployment.It is a situation, wherein marginal physical productivity of labour is zero.
(i) In other words, where more people are put in a job than actually required are called disguisedly unemployment.
(ii) It is invisible and found among wage earners, mostly in agriculture.
3. Seasonal unemployment.Getting employment only for the part of the yhear in certain sectors, such as agriculture know as seasonal employment.
(i) It iis not a regular source of earning and the person has to find an alternative job for all season time.

2. According to this definition those, who are permanently incapable and mentally retarded cannot perform any job, so they should be excluded from the list of unemployed.

Non-economic activities.Activities performed to satisfy emotional and psychological needs and having no economic motive behind them are known as non-economic activities.These activities may be social, cultural, religious, educational and charitable.

(iii) Education-general, technical and medical improves the level of understanding.
(iv) It also adds to the capacity of human stock to produce more. It increases the mental efficiency of the people.
(v) Education can play an effective role in raising production from its low level.General and technical education develops efficiency among the labourers to use highly advanced techniques of production for the optimum use of the existing resources.
(vi) Education builds healthy human capital to handle the pressure of challenging jobs.
