The following are the problems forced by women workers in unorganised sector:
1. Women are paid low compared to men due to low level of education and skill in majority of cases.
2. Job security is not there for women workers.
3. Legal protection is absent for women workers.
4. Employment is irregular and has low income.
5. There is absence of basic facilities like maternity leave, child care and other social security systems.
In the organised sector, women with high education and skill are attracted towards teaching and medicine.
(i) They get better pay, facilities, social security cover in organised sector.
(ii) There is virtually no exploitation and women are treated at par with men.

No,we do not think that the increase in number of colleges adequate to admit the increasing number of students because the number of students is increasing fast as compared to the increase in the number of colleges.

1. In case of disguised unemployment people appear to be employed.They have agricultural plot where they find work.This usually happens among family members engaged in agricultural activity.
2. The work requires the service of five peple but engages eight people.Three people are extra.These three people also work in the same plot as the others.The contribution made by the three extra people does not add to the contribution made by the five people.If three people are removed, the productivity of the field will not decline.The field requires the service of five people and the three extra people are disguised unemployed.

Seasonal unemployment happens when people are not able to find jobs during some months of the year.People dependent upon agriculture usually face such kind of problem.There are certain busy seasons when sowing, harvesting, weeding and threshing is done.Certain months do not provide much work to the people dependant on agriculture.

Mid-day meal scheme has been implemented to encourage attendance and retention of children and improve their nutritional status.These policies could add to the literate population of India.

1. People as resource is a way of referring to a country's working people in terms of their existing productive skills and abilities.The ability to contribute to the creation of Gross National Product.Population can also be referred as human resource like any other resource.
2. People as resource is nothing but to look at the population in a positive way rather than the negative way of considering them as a burden to provide food, clothing and shelter.

Population becomes human capital when there is investment made in the term of education, training and medical care.Human capital is stock of skill and productive knowledge embodied in them.

1. Unemployment is a situation, wherein the able bodied persons, willing to work are not able to find a job that earns them living.
2. According to this definition those, who are permanently incapable and mentally retarded cannot perform any job, so they should be excluded from the list of unemployed.
3. There may be still others, who may not be willing to perform any job and thus they can also not be treated as unemployed.
4. In other words, usual status of unemployment refers to the number of persons who are willing to work for major part of the year i.e., 183 days and more but do not get work.

Health plays crucial part in individual's working life:
1.It helps a person to fight illness.
2.It creates well being of human life.
3.It adds to the quality of life of an individual.
4.It adds value to the human resources of the country.

(i) Importance of Education. Human resource refers to the population of a country and the efficiency,productivity ,skill and far sightedness of its inhabitants.
(ii) Education is an important factor for the development of human resource.
(iii) Education-general, technical and medical improves the level of understanding.
(iv) It also adds to the capacity of human stock to produce more. It increases the mental efficiency of the people.
(v) Education can play an effective role in raising production from its low level.General and technical education develops efficiency among the labourers to use highly advanced techniques of production for the optimum use of the existing resources.
(vi) Education builds healthy human capital to handle the pressure of challenging jobs.
