International Monetary Fund is one of the agencies of U.N.O. It lends money to different governments when they need it and it also monitors the use of money by those governments. Before giving the loan, the concerned government is asked to show all its accounts and it also directs them to make required changes in their economy.

Some other international organisations like IMF (International Monetary Fund) and World Bank also are not working on democratic principles.
