Franklin College of Education

Franklin College of Education, Kashmir was established with an solid base of ideals, goals and objectives to cater to the needs of present day educational system and to hone the new generation to the responsible citizen of tomorrow. Franklin College of Education is being running in their massive building with further scope for expansion. The College is affiliated to the University of Kashmir. The College offers Bachelor of Education course for those who have passed graduation with minimum aggregate of 45 % from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course. Admissions are made on the basis of marks secured in the qualifying exam and as per norms prescribed by the University.
