Haldia Institute of Maritime Studies and Research (HIMSAR) is the first Maritime educational centre in Eastern Region offering Bachelor in Nautical Science (degree) programmes Degree is awarded by West Bengal University of Technology, widely recognized as one of India’s pre-eminent centres for Technology education.
