Malkangiri College

The aim of Malkangiri College is implementation of total literacy and academic development of the tribal sub-plan area of Malkangiri for the upliftment of down trodden tribals by way of Providing Higher education at affordable cost. This organization now is expanded to devote the employment-cum-income generating activities through vocational education, to raise economic & social status of the pre dominant SC and ST Population.

To become the nodal agency for imparting quality education at affordable cost. Currently more than 40% of the annual admissions into this college are of SC and ST students. The college aims to raise this percentage to a much higher level. The college was through the pioneering efforts of a group of citizens of Malkangiri headed by Ex M.L.A. Late Sri Ganga Dhara Madhi.
