About College

The Mayurbhanj College of Accountancy & Management, a brand of vision of management education, has been established in the year 1990 and Registered under the Society Act XXI of 1860 for Registration of literacy, Scientific & Charitable Societies to provide Education and training in MBA under the Institute of Business Administration & Management, Daryaganj New Delhi (Approved by AICTE, Govt. of India).

Subsequently during the academic session 1998-99, the college adopted two years full time Post Graduate Degree Couse in “Personal Management & Industrial Relations” to engender sufficient corporate career which is permanently recognized by Govt. of Orissa vide The Director of Higher Education letter No. 2256 Dt. 16.01.2009 from the academic Session 2005-06 and affiliated to North Orissa University, Baripada. It is proud enough to say that such course in management education is first of its kind in Northern Orissa. Presently the college is permanently recognised by the Govt. of Orissa, Permanently affiliated to North Orissa University & recognised by UGC, Govt. of India, New Delhi.

In 2005 the efficient Management of Mayurbhanj College of Accountancy and Management has been able to establish Mayurbhanj +2 Science College, an another milestone in the field of education. The college is recognized by the Govt. Orissa, Dept. of Higher education and affiliated to CHSE, Orissa. Now the college has moved a proposal to the Govt. to merge the Mayurbhanj +2 Science College with Mayurbhanj College of Accountancy & Management from the current session.
