Rao Lal Singh College of Education, Gurgaon was established in 1974 under the administration of Rao Lal Singh Shiksha Parishad, Sidhrawali. The College is affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak. Rao Lal Singh College of Education is approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The College conducts undergraduate and postgraduate level programmes Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) and Master of Education (M. Ed). Apart from these courses, Rao Lal Singh College of Education also offers diploma level programme, that is, Diploma in Education (D. Ed) which is affiliated to the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT),  Haryana. The College is well equipped with modern amenities in their campus.
