Sri Ramakrishna Yoga and Naturopathy College provide Homoeopathy (AYUSH) and Naturopathic courses. Naturopathy is a drugless system of Medical Practice based on preventing, assessing, treating the conditions of human body and mind, by integrating the conventional health sciences with range of natural therapies and traditional medicine such as Herbology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Hydrotherapy, Physiotherapy, Yoga therapy, Acupuncture, Massage therapy and Reflexology, Exercise therapy, Chiropractic, Aromatherapy and etc.
Physiotherapy is not unknown to human beings since last century but it is developed today as a full fledged profession & a multifaceted branch of health profession having an inseparable component of most of the specialities of modern medicine. It plays a role in reducing mortality, but its major role is in reducing the morbidity of human beings & giving a meaningful quality of life, which is the highlight of the profession. It works equally in prevention, palliation & rehabilitation fields. Today, physiotherapists are working with infants to old age homes, in ICCUs to sports grounds, from research laboratories to disaster management in the fields, & becoming equal partners among healthcare professionals.
