Vikram Deb Autonomous College

Vikram Dev College as one of the oldest colleges in the state, has been rendering yeoman’s service to the students and public at large. The autonomous status conferred to the college has given a great impetus to take several initiatives for academic excellence and pedagogic expansion.

An abode of raw nature, the region makes a charming panoramic scene throughout its length and breadth down the mountainous ghats and vallies.Mostly inhabited by the Tribal people the area is highly under developed and back ward. The Govt. of India has declared the area as a scheduled plan area ( K B K ) The level of population, economy and education is much below that in any other part of the State.
