About College

Yeshwant Rural Education Society of Wardha is one of the oldest educational organizations established in 1959.  It was established by a visionary leader Late Shri Bapuraoji Deshmukh with a vision to spread education among rural areas.  He himself had experienced the trouble of getting quality education in the region when he was student.  So he decided to establish an educational centre in the district which will cater to the educational needs of rural people. Today Yeshwant Rural Education Society runs primary and secondary schools, junior colleges, senior college, Engineering and Architecture colleges and other several professional courses.  Today the society is headed by Prof Shri Sureshrao Deshmukh, a leading spirit in the district.
