Engineering | TUEE | Tie-Breaking Policy

Tezpur University has released the admission form for TUEE 2019 on February 27, 2019. Tezpur University will conduct Tezpur University Entrance Exam for the Integrated programmes along with Masters programme and PhD programmes. To apply for the different programmes offered candidates need to fill and submit the application form along with the application fee online. The application forms are available online for the candidates to fill and submit till April 30, 2019. The admit card for the entrance exam will be available online to download from the fourth week of April 2019. TUEE 2019 will be conducted in the offline mode for a duration of 2 hours in two sessions. The admissions for Tezpur University will be conducted based on the merit secured by candidates in the entrance examination. The Counselling procedure will commence by the last week of July 2019. Candidates must make sure to carry along with them all the documents required for the counselling procedure. TUEE 2021 Tie-Breaking Policy

TUEE 2019 Tie-breaking Criteria:

A tie-breaker will be applicable for those candidates who score the same marks on the entrance test. The final marks will be determined keeping in mind the tie-breakers. Given below are the different criterias for marks to be allotted for the candidates who have a tie in their score.

In case of a tie, candidate scoring higher marks in section IV will be given priority.
In case a tie still persists, the marks scored in section III will be considered.
If there is a tie even after this criterion either graduation or 10+2 marks will be considered.
If the resolution is not possible after this criterion, candidates will be given equal priority.
