Maharashtra Hotel Management Common Entrance Test ( MAH HMCET ) Entrance Examination is State level competitive hotel management entrance examination Maharashtra Hotel Management Common Entrance Test or MAH HM CET 2014 is conducted to offer admissions to qualifying candidates for four years duration of full time undergraduate Hotel Management & Catering Technology course. The offered course is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education ( AICTE ) and will be offered by government institutes, government aided or unaided, and University Departments of institutes located in Maharashtra State. These rules govern the aspects of the Centralised Admission Process ( CAP ) and it also gives the rules and information regarding the Distribution of seats under various heads i.e CAP seats, Institute level seats, Minority seats etc.; various types of candidates; details of the Reservation of seats, Fees concession offered to eligible candidates, details of the Centralized Admission Process, details of the Admission rounds, Institute wise Information, etc. These rules also incorporate the guidelines for the rules of admissions, which are to be carried out by the unaided institutes for Institute level seats and for the seats remaining vacant after the Centralized Admission Rounds.

Maharashtra Hotel Management Common Entrance Test ( MAH HMCET ) Entrance Examination Application Procedure- 2014

Candidates are required to register their name online on official website of DTE by entering the Application ID and password provided to them in the application kit.

Candidates have to provide information asked in all tabs marked as mandatory on the MAH HM CET 2014 Application Form.

Candidates have to fill up the personal details, qualification details and options for CET

Centers on the application form.

Candidates have to upload their scanned photograph and signature. Candidates are also allowed to approach designated ARCs to upload photo, submit, and confirm the Online Application Form.

Candidates approaching ACs for the above mentioned procedure are required to pay facilitation / support charges of Rs. 50/- in cash towards at these centers.

Candidates are advised to verify the correctness of the information provided on the application form. As, they will be unable to edit / correct the provided information after confirmation page is generated.

Candidate is required to take a printout of the updated Online Application Form as the same will be needed during document verification process.

Late Registration of MAH HM CET 2014 Application Form

Late Registration:

It is a facility provided to candidates who could not register for CET within schedule time. The schedule for Late Registration is May 5, 2014 upto 5:00 pm-

Candidates, who have already procured Information brochure along with MAH-HM-CET 2014 Kit and failed to register– such candidates can submit online application form by paying additional late fees of Rs. 500/- in cash to the below mentioned address.

Candidates, who have not so far obtained MAH-HM-CET 2014 Application Kit such candidates need to procure Information Brochure ( Rs. 700/- / Rs.500/- ) and pay additional late fees of Rs. 500/- in cash to the below mentioned address.
