All India Bar Examination ( AIBE )

The objective of The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is to examine an advocate's capability to practice the profession of law in India. The AIBE will assess skills at a basic level, and is intended to set a minimum benchmark for admission to the practice of law; it addresses a candidate’s analytical abilities and understanding basic knowledge of law. After passing the examination candidate will be awarded "Certificate of Practice" by the Bar Council of India. AIBE will be conducted in 40 cities all across India. Candidates will have 11 languages to choose for attempting the examination. Examination pattern will be multiple choice question and it will be open book exam. The notification bringing the All India Bar Examination into force was passed by the Legal Education Committee and the members of the Bar Council of India at duly constituted meetings on April 10, 2010, and April 30, 2010.

For Law:

Candidates can register in official website to fill the registration form through online mode only.
The registration process has been started from 26th September 2018.
Candidates can apply till the 10th December 2018.
After that, no candidate will be permitted to fill the form.
Applying candidate has to upload the scanned images of their Photograph, Signature, Photo Id and Enrolment Certificate.
The uploaded documents should be self-attested.
In case candidates upload the wrong documents, they can login again with their registration Id & Password (after payment) and upload the corrected document.
Candidates have to take the printout of the application form and keep it till the declaration of result.
Do not send any document or hard copy of application form by post.

Instruction of Uploaded Documents:

Candidates need to upload their scanned photograph and signature and also fill their enrollment number with State code as is mentioned in their Enrollment Certificate.
