Sikkim Manipal University ( MCA ) Entrance Examination

The Sikkim Manipal University was established in 1995. It is the first government-private initiative in the region. SMU is recognized by the University Grants Commission and approved by the Government of India. It is the first ever Public Private Partnership (PPP) in the country for higher Education and Health Care services.MU-OET-2015 is the all India Entrance Exam for getting admission of UG & PG programmes in the Sikkim Manipal University for various department. SMU MCA 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Sikkim Manipal University ( SMU ) MCA Entrance Examination Eligibility Criteria-2015:

Candidates who fulfill any of the following criteria can apply for Three years Master of Computer Application programme:

BCA/ B.Sc.( Computer Science ) / B.Sc. ( Computer Science ( Hons. ) ) / B.Sc.( IT ) from a recognized University, with at least 50% ( 45% for SC/ST/OBC ) marks in aggregate with Mathematics in 10+2 level.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/OBC) Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or Graduation

MCA Lateral Entry Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates who fulfill the following criteria can apply for the direct entry to second year of Master of Computer Application programme:

Successfully completed 3 years graduation degree course of BCA / B.Sc.( IT ) / B.Sc.( CS ) / B.Sc.(CS Hons.) with minimum 60% ( 55% for SC / ST / OBC ) in aggregate with Mathematics at either ( 10 +2 ) or graduation from any recognized University in regular mode.
