Telangana State Polytechnic Common Entrance Test

TS POLYCET 2019 entrance exam will be managed by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Hyderabad. Telangana State Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (TS POLYCET) is a state level examination. This exam is organized for providing admission to the various diploma courses in the field of engineering & non-engineering/technology diploma courses. TS POLYCET 2021 Counselling Procedure

TS POLYCET 2019 Counselling Procedure:

Counseling process will begin from 1st week of July, 2019 through online mode. Candidates will be called for counselling based on their rank. The counselling will be held in 3 rounds and the seats will be allotted by the exam conducting authority.

Counselling fee based on different categories:

For OC/BC = INR 500

For SC/ST = INR 250

Candidates must carry all the original documents for counselling process.

Given below are the lists of documents required in the counselling process:

  • TS POLYCET 2019 Admit card & Rank card
  • Caste Certificate
  • Any ID Proof
  • SLC/HSC Mark Sheet & Passing Certificate
  • Transfer Certificate
  • IV to X Study Certificates
  • Income Certificate issued after 01.01.2019 by competent authority
  • Physically Challenged (PH) / Children of Armed Personnel (CAP)/ NCC/ SPORTS/ Minority Certificate
  • Residence Certificate of a candidate for a period of 7 years preceding to qualifying examination in the case where the candidate has no institutionalized education.
