East Coast Railway ECoR

The East Coast Railway is one of the seventeen railway zones of Indian Railways, It came into existence on 1st April 2003. As the name suggests most of the railway routes of the zone are near East Coast of India. The zone has three divisions Khurda Road, Sambalpur and waltair which has about 273 railway stations with a track length of 5214 km.

East Coast Railway, Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC/ECoR) released new notification on their official website rrcbbs.org.in for the recruitment of 588 (five hundred eighty eight) vacancies for Apprentice. Job seekers should register from 18th May 2017 and before 17th June 2017.

ECoR 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational qualification for East Coast Railway (ECOR) Recruitment 2017

  1. 10th class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) passed individuals with minimum 50% marks are eligible to apply online for the East Coast Railway, Bhubaneswar recruitment 2017.
  2. For the post wise, educational qualification, refer the East Central Railway (ECR) Bhubaneswar  Notification 2017.

Age limit for the latest East Coast Railway Jobs:

  1. Minimum age: 15 years
  2. Maximum age: 24 years
  3. For SC/ST candidates age relaxation: 05 years
  4. OBC candidates: 03 years
  5. For Persons with Disability, upper age limit is relaxed by 10 years.
