2. Here you will find a download option or tab in the right side of screen.
3. On this tab, you will find apply online link.
4. Click on that button and fill the mandatory details to the application form.
5. Recheck the filled information.
6. Upload your scanned photo and signature to the form.
7. Now pay your application fee online or Bank challan.
8. Click on submit button to make the continue process.
9. Print and save the application form for further use.
