About College

Adarsh Sanskar College of Special Education is a centre for the Special Education and Rehabilitation which is running under the Mahesh Vidya Prasarak Shikshan Sanstha. The major aim of this organization is to rehabilitate and prepare the trainees to work and focus on different disabilites especially in the field of Mental Retardation and Autism. The organization was established in 1979 under the noble guidance of Late Shri Murlidhar Shravanji Manchalwar. This organization has proved its credibility and expertise in Human Resource Development and Special Education. Encouraging responses received from the Public and the Government is the motivating factor behind the establishment of the Adarsh Sanskar College of Special Education under the Mahesh Vidya Prasarak Shikshan Sanstha and now offering the degrees and diploma level courses.

The college offers an inspiring ambience that fosters teaching - learning and research with knowledge and integrity realising, the fact that integrity without knowledge is weak and useless whereas knowledge without integrity is dangerous and dreadful. This enables the students to have variety of stimulating environment towards intellectual development, from thinking and personal growth offered by the management. With the fully-automated Career Guidance Cell and a full-time professional counselor, institute ensures that students are offered the best possible support in terms of getting regular in-plant training. The institute has also established a framework for leveraging its extensive industry tie-ups and intends to build a strong alumni network.
