Advocate NS Ganguwar College of Education is to uplift the local rustic community educationally, socially, culturally and economically. Upholding these goals, the college strives to impart the best education possible, utilizing all the available facilities to the optimum.

It aims to foster the total development of each student, in their uniqueness so that they becomes more fully humane alert to the needs of others, willing and prepared to give to others what they have received. Creates a sense of civil consciousness thereby contributing to the growth and development of the community. The lamp in the emblem of the college symbolizes enlightenment. It stresses the need to dispel ignorance which  is a great hindrance in the path of progress. An enlightened individual is endowed with a broader outlook and humane attitude. Education encourages an individual to realize her ‘self’ and helps her identify the hidden potentialities and latent talents. It enables the students to lead dignified life with economic independence. Having emerged out as successful, self-dependent, autonomous individuals, they enjoy a peaceful co-existence with the fellow beings.
