Annamacharya Institute of Technology & Sciences (AITS), Rajampet was established in 1998, is an autonomous institution and is affiliated to JNTU, Anantapur. The college is approved by AICTE and accredited by NBA and NAAC. The institute was founded under the auspices of Annamacharya Educational Trust.
