D.P.Bhosale College

D.P. Bhosale College was established by Vidya Prasarak Mandal of Koregaon.  It is a grant-in-aid college affiliated to Shivaji University, Kolhapur. The inspiration for inception of this college came from Hon.Y.B. Chavan- former Chief Minister of Maharashtra and Deputy Prime Minister of India, Hon. Dadasaheb Jagatap- Ex. MLA of Koregaon constituency and Hon. Dhondoji Patloji Bhosale of village Nagazari of Koregaon Tehsil. The college was named after D.P. Bhosale who showed generosity to donate enormously for its all-round development. For further development, the college was handed over to Rayat Shikshan Sanstha, Satara, in June 1985.
