Dr. K.V.Subba Reddy Institute of Technology (KVSR) is located about 9 kms from Kurnool at NH 7, opp: Dupadu Railway station., in serene and tranquil surroundings. Large green campus has been developed with well maintained greenery and beautiful garden.Dr. K.V.Subba Reddy Institute of Technology (KVSR) is promoted by the Vaibhav Educational Society, Allagadda, Kurnool Dist, which was founded to educate and empower the youth who play a decisive role in shaping the destiny of the nation.

The College was established in the Year 2007 with an objective to impart quality education to students in the field of Technology and Management studies. . The college is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Anantapur and approved by the AICTE, New Delhi.  The institution has achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification and is well-equipped with qualified teaching professionals. The college conducts courses leading to the Bachelor of Technology(B.Tech) in CSE, ECE, IT, EEE , CIVIL, MECH , MBA and MCA with an overall intake of 540 students.
