Government Guru Nanak College

Government Guru Nanak College was established in 1969 at Gurdaspur district, Punjab. It is a co-educational college and it is affiliated to the Guru Nanak Dev University, Punjab. This college was started to cater to the education needs of the local students, who were deprived of proper education in the town of  Gurdaspur. It offers undergraduates courses in Arts and Science. The mission of the college is to provide affordable, world-class education to high-caliber students from culturally and economically diverse background, Provide students with quality education programs that are consistent with national and international standards, designed to give them a strong grasp of their chosen discipline and to equip them to develop their intellectual capacities and transferable skills enabling them to succeed in their career, Promote creative research and scholarship and disseminate knowledge that contributes to the advancing technology and provide opportunities to pursue graduate degree programs.
