The Government Law College, Coimbatore is one of seven government law colleges in the state of Tamil Nadu, India. The colleges are administered by Tamil Nadu's Department of Legal Studies, which was established in 1953 to improve the standards of legal education in the state, and to provide legal education in Tamil. The college is affiliated to the Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkhar Law University, Chennai.

The college is situated in the foothills of Marudamalai, 10 km away from the city.The college was opened in 1979–80, the same year as the Tiruchirappalli college, joining existing government law colleges at Chennai and Madurai.
