J.K.K. Munirajah college of Technology, Erode was established in the year 2008 Governed by Annai J.K.K.Sampoorani Ammal Charitable Trust, primarily with the objective of delivering world class quality in Education and Training in a structured and systematic manner J.K.K. Munirajah group of Institutions was founded by J.K.K.Munirajah, who is a reputed industrialist, technocrat, an educationalist par excellence, an avid social worker, a person imbibed in deep spiritual values and a philanthropist. The college with its state-of- the- art infrastructural facilities and excellent academic records has earned recognition as one of the reputed educational institutions for men and women in India. These educational Institutions are temples of Learning and have contributed much to a formidable social change in our society. The Trust has won many National and State awards. They are renowned educational institutions spared nothing to promote knowledge, wisdom and service-orientation. The mission of the institute is to offer the state-of-art technical education to a community for learning and applying it professionally with due consideration for ethical, ecological, social and economic issues and to carry out research and development activities to meet the needs of industry in developing new products and services. J.K.K. Munirajah college of Technology has separate hostels for Boys and Girls inside the campus, with well furnished and spacious rooms. The hostels have excellent water facility, modern kitchen and dining. The students are provided with the choice of vegetarian and non vegetarian food. The rooms are furnished with individual cots, tables, chairs, and bureau. Importance is given in maintaining discipline and security of the students. The placement cell of  J.K.K is constituted to provide the right perspective regarding the various career options available to the students and sufficiently train them to choose and pursue their careers of choice. The training program encompasses a three stage process to train the students to make them ready for the industry and develop the etiquettes of the corporate world. The placement department supports students with resources and ideas, a database, notification of new placements etc. The college committed to the total upliftment of the society by imparting quality professional education, aiming at modeling totally competent professionals with ingenuity, adaptability, social commitment and ethical spiritual values by creating a congenial academic ambience that kindles innovative thinking, continually upgrade the quality management system through empowerment and involvement.
