Jyothi College of Education is situated in Sirisilla. The main objective of the institution is to build capacity of highest standards in education professionals who can replace learning by rote with true learning through extensive use of communication technology. The B.Ed. Program of JCE is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).

Emphasis is given for development of knowledgeable, competent, flexible and compassionate teaching professionals who will be hardworking, creative and reflective in designing and assessing the needs and demands of present-day classrooms. JCE aims at developing competencies of the prospective teachers in teaching skills, IT skills and soft skills in a computer aided learning ambience.
