Maharaja Chhatrasal College of Education

Maharaja Chhatrasal  College of Education, Chhatarpur  was established  in 2007. The college is affiliated to Doctor Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya. The objectives of the management is encouraging the higher education in rural area of Nagaon. It has undergraduate programmes in Arts and Science Departments with well administration to offer good infrastructure, facilities and excellent academic activities in Chhatarpur which is in the state of Madhya Pradesh . The institute has highly qualified teachers appointed on full time basis. Their positive attitude and friendly approach will help students to learn fast and in easier methods. Its campus spread over three acres of lush green area of land. The finances of the institution are judiciously allocated and effectively utilized to make its programmes and functioning cost effective. The college has an efficient internal co-ordinating and monitoring mechanism.

The mission of the college is to inculcate world class competencies in the functional areas for the current era to prepare the students to handle the perpetual change through infusing reality into the classroom experience, emphasizing field based problem and focused research at an early stage. The B.Ed programme has been approved by Doctor Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya which is placed in Madhya Pradesh. The main aim of this programme is to develop a group of qualified teachers who can take up the assignment of teaching at school levels. The B.Ed. Course conducted at Maharaja Chhatrasal  College of Education is a combination of several vital aspects like child psychology, Interactive learning, communication skills, discussion forums and pedagogical knowledge. The course is open for all students who have completed their graduation from a recognized University.
