Mount Tabor School of Nursing is located in a rural area 12 km away from Trichy in Trichy-Pudukkottai Highway.  Mount Tabor school of Nursing is run and managed by Mount Tabor Monastery otherwise known as Society of Sacred Transfiguration.  The School is affiliated / attached to Mount Tabor Medical Mission Hospital.  H.H Moran Mar Baselius Marthoma Didymos inaugurated the school on 16th October 2000.

Mount Tabor School of Nursing is recognized by Indian Nursing Council, Government of Tamil Nadu and Tamil Nadu Nursing Council. School offers course General Nursing and Midwifery. Objective of the school is to educate young women in the art, science and spirit of Nursing in order to prepare them to serve both in the hospital and in the community. And to Develop a Nurse who is motivated by the Love of God and neighbor and has a mature intellectual, judgment, moral enlightment and professional efficiency so that she will be capable of giving comprehensive Nursing care to the sick and injured and can function effectively.
