About College

PA Polytechnic College(PAPC) is located on the State Highway (SH-19) about 2 km from Pollachi in lash surroundings amidst cluster of coconut groves at the foot of Anaimalai and Valparai Hills. Pollachi town is located 42 km south of Coimbatore. It is an important commercial area in the region and has a big market for agricultural products. Coconuts and tender-coconuts are exported from here to all over India. PA Polytechnic College is in the reach of about 40 minutes drive from Coimbatore airport and railway station and one hour from Tiruppur. 

Though PAPC is located very next to the Pollachi Municipality limit, PAPC is very much away from the odds of city life and it provides the right environment for learning. PAPC is promoted by the Aruljothi Charitable Trust under the dynamic chair of an eminent teacher and founder Chairman of the Trust Prof. P. Apukutty who has served as Principal of Nachimuthu Polytechnic College Pollachi for almost a decade. He was awarded National Best Teacher Award for his outstanding work done in Technical education by Indian Society for Technical Education. Also, he was given a State Award as a Best Teacher in Technical Education by Indian Society for Technical Education.
