Dr. D. Y. Patil Pratisthan Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Research, Pune was established in 1990 with the aim of providing education in all fields to the deserving students and thereby helping them to realize their dreams of a career in professional courses. The Padmashree Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Research has been accredited by National Board of Accreditation, AICTE, New Delhi & Affiliated to University of Pune.  The educational complex of Pratishthan at Pune has total 75 Acres land at places like Pimpri, Akurdi and Tathawade. At Pune, the Pratishtan has created excellent facilities of education in various faculties such as Architecture, Engineering, Medical, Dental, Ayurved, Homeopathy, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Law, Management, Biotechnology, Agriculture and Pharmacy etc. which provide world class education to more than 35000 National & International students.
