Phulsing Naik Mahavidyalaya (PNM), Pusad was established in 1961 managed under anata Shikshan Prasarak Mandal. It is a unique institute of academic excellence, moulding the students of remote rural Vidharbha in to role models of the society and to make them to be a competent human resource excelling both in academics and values. Their mission is to promote higher education for the marginalised folks of the remote rural areas and to strive for the all round development of the students to face the global competition with utmost confidence by imparting scientific awareness and strengthening their inner conscience and human values.

The main aim of the institute is to impart knowledge which will enable them to shoulder social responsibility and will also be morally forthright, to inspire creativity by encouraging them to find out their inherent talent sand aptitudes through learning, to inculcate practical thinking with a sincere discrimination and purpose towards their actions and to prepare them to be self reliant and resourceful with self control and general awareness. All undergraduate & post graducate courses are affiliated to Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati.
