Rajgad Dnyanpeeth's College of Pharmacy, Pune has been granted approval by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, which is an apex body controlling Technical Education in the country. The college has also been approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) New Delhi and Government of Maharashtra State and B. Pharmacy has been recognized by University of Pune and D. Pharmacy by M.S.B.T.E. Mumbai Recognition by all three apex bodies itself indicates the highest level of academic standards facilities available and intellegentia associated with the college. 

To achieve the above stated mission the college has its goal to conduct a regular programme for diploma and under graduate courses on regular basis approve by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), AICTE, Govt. of Maharashtra and Pune University. Rajgad Dnyanpeeth was established in 1982, by hon. Anantraoji Thopate with a wider objective of bringing about intellectual awakening and transformation in educational, economic, cultural and social fields, in Maharashtra (India). The emphasis has all throughout been on the all round progress and welfare of the weaker section of the society.
