Orissa is a state where natural resources occur in abundance. But for a variety of reasons these resources remained unutilized and Orissa to-day is amongst the poorest states of the country. The absence of adequately qualified technical personnel to suitably convert the natural resources into useful products was the motivating force for me to conceive the idea of setting up an Engineering College.
 
We believe that management education must relate to the real world business environment and be able to contribute to and benefit from it. We help our students acquire a holistic approach which will transform them into leaders with vision. Our faculty members are competent and committed with experience in industry and academics, and are keen to help students achieve their goals.
 
Within a short span of time MSB has grown impressively and achieved widespread recognition from industry, academic circles and professional bodies. RIT has been ranked 3rd among all participating diploma in Orissa.Since inception, RIT has established an enviable placement track record for students in leading organizations.
