Satyananda Institute Of Management & Information Technology is registered under Indian Trust Act 1882, recognized by Govt. of Orissa and affiliated to Utkal University with the primary object of promoting and flourishing education among the youth mass of the state. SIMIT is one step ahead to understand the needs of professional education to empower the young ones of the state and make them capable to explore the job market in the competitive climate and establish their potential to endure in the market.

SIMIT will give its best efforts to carve for itself an assured and distinctive place among the management Institutions in India, attract the students from all over the country because of its quality education. There is an attempt always, to update the systems and labs to keep pace with the changing sophistication of technology. The MBA & PGDM programs offered by the  institute are approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and MBA programme is affiliated to Biju Pattnaik University of Technology (BPUT).
