Shreemant Bhaiyyasaheb Rajemane College the aim and objective of bringing education to the doorstep robbed of the opportunity to take higher education as the colleges in the cities were an unaffordable affair for these poor person. It many of students in Mhaswad and its adjoining area have learned, thanks are due to Late Shreemant Shivaji Raje’s foresight and willingness to bring the idea into reality. It’s a thing of pride for college that is the first rural college in Maharashtra.
      
Teachers teach value education though it is not a part of the syllabus.Teachers encourage leadership qualities in the students by encouraging them to arrange functions off different department association where the students manage the function on their own, but under supervision of teachers.
Teachers arrange study tours for exposure to practical knowledge such as Sericulture, Apiculture, Goat farming, Vermiculture, Fish farming etc.

The college organises N.S.S. camps of students in various villages and arrange field visits, village survey ( land use, settlement of resources ) and with definite purpose behind each activity.
This college is a type of brooding one and aims at to achieve many things in future. Specially with providing higher education to the rural students, we are thinking to create standard qualification with their specialisation and to provide job oriented courses along with it we are thinking to start computer academy ,English Speaking, Personality courses,Ph. & soil analysis,centre,special book stores for the students and for civilians Mushroom culture course, Language Lab, with our infrastructure of building we are going to establish new building with all facilities such as Running Track, Ground for all outdoor games, boys hostel, girls hostel, spacious botanical garden, plant nursery.
